We are actively seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our inaugural Advisory Board, as we strive to brighten and enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities. Positioned as a beacon of inclusivity and compassion, U&I Inclusions is steadfast in its commitment to transforming the lives of individuals with disabilities in the Geelong, Bellarine and Surf coast community.
Your Impact: As a member of the U&I Inclusions Advisory Board, you will assume a pivotal role in realising our mission—empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their dreams and enjoy life to the fullest.

Your Role: Join us in this ongoing role to guide U&I Inclusions towards greater heights. The Advisory Board will provide strategic advice to the Board of Directors on critical aspects such as:
- risk management practices (including cyber security and insurance),
- corporate governance framework implementation,
- board structuring,
- acting as a sounding board to management, and
- organisational improvement

Your expertise in the following fields will be highly regarded:
-the NDIS sector (lived or professional experience),
- business management (especially NFP organisations),
- corporate law,
- finance,
- human resources,
- risk management/work health & safety/ cyber security,
-board performance.

While the Advisory Board does not make direct decisions, your advice will significantly shape our organisational strategies and initiatives, influencing the strategic plan.

Expectations and Commitment: Joining our Advisory Board is a voluntary commitment with a 2-year term. Meetings will be held on a quarterly basis after business hours, with additional meetings as needed.
