U&I Inclusions stands as a Not-for-profit disability service provider, proudly holding NDIS registration and charity status. Our mission is to provide exceptional, participant-focused day programs that are interactive, dynamic, and unparalleled in their approach. At the heart of our cause is a commitment to prioritise the visions of support for individuals with disabilities.

Through a range of engaging and inclusive day programs, we aim to not only meet NDIS goals but also nurture personal growth and passion pursuit. Our programs are designed to empower participants with choices, fostering an environment where they can achieve both NDIS objectives and broader personal aspirations.

Central to our vision is the Dream Days Project, where we strive to give individuals with disabilities the opportunity to dream big and, more importantly, assist them in turning those dreams into reality. From locally based accessible activities such as sports, art, bike riding, gym and swim, coastal exploration, life skills, and education to more adventurous opportunities like skydiving, helicopter rides, hot air ballooning, V8 Supercars, snow trips, and concerts – our programs offer a diverse range of experiences tailored to individual preferences. Our Story
In 2017, U&I Inclusions emerged as the new kids on the block, driven by a profound idea—to revolutionise the community disability sector. Now as a small locally Geelong based Not-for-profit organisation (Charity status obtained in 2019), we are dedicated to creating waves of positive change for individuals with disabilities and their families.

In 2022, we acquired an exceptional property, now proudly known as our headquarters at 111 Coppards Road, Moolap. Nestled on a captivating 2.77-acre space, we're transforming it into a hub for our disability services. With expansive potential, our vision includes a Community Greenhouse, Art and Music Rooms, an Activity Center, Animal Remedy, Nature Trail, Accessible Multi-Purpose Sports Court, Commercial Kitchens, and more, fostering accessibility and growth.

Despite our size as a small organisation, U&I Inclusions stands tall as a top-quality disability support organisation in our region. We pride ourselves on being the go-to choice for those seeking fun, interactive, inclusive day programs, camps, respite and Dream Day services.

Our commitment goes beyond the norm. As a fully operational NDIS Registered Provider, we not only meet NDIS goals but introduce "Ultimate Dream Days." Whether covering costs or actively fundraising, we eliminate financial barriers to ensure that every participant's dreams and aspirations can become a reality.

At U&I Inclusions, we believe in the power of participant choice as it's their lives. We work alongside each participant, family, and carer, creating a family-friendly environment. With a focus on supporting 1:1 participants and maintaining small group ratios (1:2/1:3), we ensure a supportive environment & fun atmosphere.

Our journey into 2024 remains steadfast, for the desire to empower further for individuals and their families. The team, from community support workers to managers, is dedicated to creating meaningful change. We stand by our reputation as a small yet impactful organisation that provides stability and unwavering support to the 40 participants, families, carers, and advocates connected to us.
